This series contains reports, correspondence, memos, maps, bound manuscripts, reports and other documents that talk about the general history and development of the campus and the buildings on the campus. There are documents listing information on campus acreage and the date buildings were built and land was added to the campus as well as providing general information on those buildings. Also included is a book that contains what looks like official deeds or title information taken from official government documents. These include information on land acquired by the college until c. 1930. Another legal document of interest is a June 24, 1996 memo from the US Department of the Army stating the findings of an evaluation of campus property due to its use as a US Naval Hospital from 1944 through 1946. There are maps, both dated and undated, of the campus and surrounding property that show some of the acquisitions of property, locations of buildings, and changes that have been proposed over the years. Finally, there are various documents, mostly from the early 20th century, that list general maintenance and facility expenses on campus.
