Dover...” In addition there are many documents outlining the events that occurred on March 10th and the response of the College. Arrangement

The arrangement used in Series 2: Event Files uses the order of the original folders that were within the group of materials found in 2020. Each sub-series represents an original folder in this collection. Order in these folders were maintained as much as possible, though further organizing by date and the placing of materials within their own folders were done during processing for the ease of access and digitization. Duplicates and some materials from the original group of materials found prior to 2018 were added where deemed appropriate, but no documentation of these additions were made unless it was deemed important to understanding the document.

Processing Information

Titles of the sub-series in Series 2: Event Files are taken directly from the original folders materials were contained. Only minimal changes to the names were made: e.g., filling out abbreviations.

Processing Information

There were many duplicates within the collection. Though most of the duplicates have been discarded, many duplicates were left in the collection. Duplicates were retained if 1) they were in different folders – to maintain the integrity of the original order, or 2) they had markings or notes written on them, or 3) were drafts or different manifestations of the same document (printed on different paper or arranged differently on the page).

Processing Information

Many materials within this series were stapled or paper clipped together. Where appropriate, such as when they were gathered together as references sent in letters and/or used in meetings, these materials were left together.
