Abstract Born in Newton, Mass., Eliott G. Baker graduated from Springfield College with a BS degree in 1974 and M.Ed. degree in 1975. During his years at Springfield College, he was a residence assistant and hall director, a music director for WSCB-FM, a student aide, and an Admissions Intern and Assistant.
