Abstract
A graduate of Smith College, Olga Ellis joined the Springfield College staff in 1946 as Assistant to the Deans. She was quickly promoted to Acting Registrar of Springfield College on August 1, 1947. A position that was soon made permanent and held until she retired. In 1958 she was promoted to the rank of professor at the position of Registrar.
