Processing Information
The dates for the material in this sub-series are based on the photo of C. R. Boucher. His letter of 1919 May 5 to Georgiana Carr, (Box 5, folder 1) details his service record and shows he served during the Spanish-American war. The dating was also based on a hat depicted on the ground in one image. It is a punched brass insignia of 2nd infantry, A company. The style was common specifically during the Spanish American war.
Processing Note
Most of these images, except for photos of C. R. Boucher, come from Alumni Relations and were added to the collection in November, 2023.
